The books from the Unexplained: What's the Evidence? series offer more than would appear from their slim size. Taking on supernatural subjects of inherent interest to kids, they provide history, context, and (some) answers about events. Is Atlantis Real? goes back before Plato's writings about the lost city, to earlier myths. The book also looks at real-life possibilities about submerged cities that Plato may have been referring to. Each title in the series features large type and crisp, well-chosen photos and art for every spread. Along the bottom of the pages, specific questions about the facts are asked and answered. Subject and design make this series good for high/low readers.
