Cowdog Hank believes a rumor, started by a rooster and perpetuated by an untrustworthy cat, that the sky is going to fall. Tiresome writing that tries too hard to be funny, amateur black-and-white illustrations, and a story that is painfully stretched make this another disappointing entry in the series.
