In The Birds, Sister's question to pregnant Mama, "How's (the baby) going to get out?" receives an (inadequate) answer from Mama's doctor and a vague explanation of reproduction from Mama. Baby Makes Five focuses a bit more effectively on Sister's feelings of jealousy toward the new baby. Overall, the familiar cartoon bears fail to provide much in the way of education or entertainment.
