When a winter storm destroys Bear's home, Hare invites Bear to move in. Being roommates is challenging. One day, they argue, and Bear leaves. They miss each other terribly. The illustrations are rich and immersive. Readers will be drawn into the fine details on every page, with a pleasing palette deployed on realistic woodsy landscapes.
