Horn Book (Sat Aug 01 00:00:00 CDT 2009)

This book attempts to explain some of the theories surrounding ghosts and supernatural sightings. The repetitive text is vague regarding facts and sources ("many people have seen ghosts near battlefields," "some people have reported seeing ghosts in graveyards"), but the stories are entertaining. Appropriately creepy stock photographs illustrate the busy pages. Reading list. Glos., ind.
