The crime-fighting scenarios the heroes encounter are both age-appropriate and silly, with a common theme of teamwork. For example, the Penguin uses a device to make zoo penguins steal for him; a Halloween ghost turns out to be the Cheetah; and the Flash outsmarts Captain Cold, Frost, and Mr. Freeze by having his teammates dress as additional Flashes.
