Still stuck in a strange water world, Stud promises to aid his new friend Detective Dan, while his sister Diane leaves to find Steele's hideout.

Who's Steele? He's the mastermind behind all the attacks around the kingdom and the prime suspect in the King's murder case.

Diane does her best to save Ocean Kingdom, but Dan and Stud know they must find her to help. While on the hunt, Detective Dan finds his deduction skills are still sharp. As they navigate the Ocean Kingdom to find Diane, Stud and Dan discover they have more in common than they thought. Stud is excited to share his worries and fears with a new friend, and Dan is glad to have someone watch his back (though Stud could be better at that).

It seems everyone has their reasons for fighting, even the sharks. Can Dan and Stud join forces to save Diane and the entire Ocean Kingdom from ruin?
