Annotation: The newest resident in her grandparents' cat hotel, Tabby Towers, is Frankie, a Bengal cat who loves water (despite what dog-loving neighbor Alfreeda says), and wants nothing more than to escape to a nearby lake for some fishing, so Tabitha comes up with the idea to build Frankie his own indoor water attraction using a kiddie pool, surrounded by rocks and stocked with painted wooden fish created by her grandfather.
