Two books from the popular series have been repackaged in much smaller, crowded formats. In Dig, the famous "ducktective" solves a mystery while on an archaeological expedition to "Kimbu Tacka"; in Texas, she recovers stolen historical documents. Rather blurry black-and-white illustrations lose their impact on the small page, and the redesigned text--with random words, phrases, and sentences in bold type--is difficult to read.
