Mash is a non-magic user in a world full of magic users, whose adoptive father knows the only way for Mash to survive was to build up his strength intensely. This helps immensely when former Bureau of Magic investigators find out about Mash, attack him and his father, and force Mash to enroll in a wizarding school. The young student is tasked with becoming a Divine Visionary, the top of the school, and handing over all the benefits that come with it to his attacker. Wizarding school should be challenging for a non-magic user, but Mash finds a way to excel at every magical task thrown at him. This manga is one part One-Punch Man, one part Mob Psycho 100, one part Black Clover, and seventy parts Harry Potter. Read as a stand-alone, it is lacking in a coherent story line; read as a parody, there are fantastic comedic moments that poke fun at the shonen genre as well as the beloved fantasy epic. Fans of all four titles might get a kick out of their favorites reimagined.
