Award-winning author/illustrator Hervé Tullet was born in Normandy.

He received the Prize for Non-Fiction at the Bologna International Book Fair in 1998 for Faut Pas Confondre. His work includes picture books as well as touch-and-feel books, encouraging visual literacy in children right from early childhood. Press Here, originally published in 2010 in France as Le livre, synthesizes his art to the purest forms: only three little dots, one yellow, one blue, one red, and the magic begins. The follow-up, Mix It Up!, debuted on the New York Times bestseller list in 2014. His newest book, Let’s Play!, was published in March.
