David Milgrim is an author, illustrator, cartoonist, and wonderer. He spends a lot of time trying to understand how the world works, and a little time trying to understand the rest of the universe.
His particular interest is in trying to figure out what humans are, how we got here, and why we do the things we do. He is also quite interested in monkeys and robots, who he considers to be humanity’s closest relatives.
David has also written a bunch of children’s books including Goodnight iPad, which was a bestseller and got a lot of attention, and Go, Otto, Go!, which just won a Theodor Seuss Geisel Honor, which David was very happy about.
Even though David is kind of old now, he still loves to learn new things and take on new challenges, though he probably will never try skydiving.
He lives in Massachusetts with his lovely wife, brilliant son, and a couple of needy, barking dogs.
